The moment has come. I have to decide how I’m going to blend the different ciders that I’ve fermented. I have 3 types so far.
The bottles in this picture are made with apples pressed in a cider house of Astigarraga.
I have two more batches going, with different varieties, of which I will talk later, besides a few liters of grapefruit wine for some experiments.
Now I have to decide what to do with the result, so we are tasting it. Tastes really good, to be the very first time. Soon there will be more news.
