2018 has been an intense year in terms of my relationship with cider. I’ve met cider lovers from all over the world, traveled to several cider destinations and I have made my first homemade craft cider.
It seems next year is going to be even more interesting, with several projects underway and a very exciting perspective.
This photo is taken in the city of Donostia (San Sebastian) where ornamental pear trees decorate one of its pedestrian streets. Some pears of this season are still hanging and merge with the Christmas lights.
Did you know that, at the beginning, Christmas trees were decorated with apples?
