After a few weeks fermenting in the primary bucket, my first batch of cider is ready to settle before bottling.
At the moment it seems that everything is going well, with a nice look that exceeds my expectations and, surprise! It tastes like cider.
I have already racked it to the glass carboys and now I have room to ferment a little more. The show must go on!
